Expedited ShippingWe offer expedited shipping which takes up to 3 BUSINESS days. If you select this option, we will ship using UPS so please do not include a PO BOX. UPS does not include weekends in their delivery estimate.

Two examples of how shipping time is calculated:
If you order on a Friday at Noon EST, the item would arrive is Wednesday if you're on the West Coast or as soon as Tuesday on the East Coast.
If you order on a Monday at Noon EST, the item would arrive is Thursday if you're on the West Coast or as soon as Wednesday on the East Coast.

Didn't get a confirmation email? The most common issue is a mistyped email address. Check your credit card -- if we billed the order then we received it!

To check tracking, you can view the order status from the Order History page. We also send automated emails with tracking updates. Check your spam or junk folder if you cannot locate them in your inbox.

  1. Click My Account > Order History. (If you are not signed in already, you will be prompted to do so.)
  2. All of your orders to date are displayed. Review the Status column to determine if your order has shipped.
  3. Click the Track button in the Actions column to view the tracking associated with an order.

If your order tracking says it was delivered, please first ask your housemates if they brought the package in. Second, check the mail box. If you can't locate the item, please reach out to us
