Being a member of the Corps of Gendarmes this French Policeman German Nutcracker was trained by the French National Police yet is armed like a soldier of the late 1800s. Stands about 12 3/4 inches tall and was handcrafted in the village Seiffen Germany where the Wooden Nutcracker originated back in 1872.
