Using Plauen Lace or Bobbin Lace on the borders, and lots of Embroidery, these German Linens
are all made in Plauen Germany, from either Natural Linen or Jacquard Polyester. Wonderful quality and weight to the pieces, and add so much warmth and beauty to your decor.
Many of our embroidered linens are produced in the Plauen lace-making tradition, a craft distinct from the Erzgebirge's woodturning but equally rooted in centuries of German textile heritage. Hand wash or use a gentle cycle to preserve the embroidery's detail over time.
