Returns Policy

Return PolicyHere is our Returns Policy: We have a 30 day return policy. We want our customers to be happy. So if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know ASAP. If we can make it right, we will - or we will refund the purchase price (less what our cost was for us to ship the item to you) once we receive the item back in re-saleable condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. See exceptions below.

Note: We cannot process refunds for items not received by us in 30 days.

Buy with Confidence - 30 Day Return Policy.If the item is defective, we will replace the item, if available. If it is not available, we will reimburse you for the item and we will reimburse the return S&H charges up to $7.00. Please email or call us before sending anything back! Also, if you have any problems using items you buy from ChristKindl-Markt, let us know, and we will do our best to help you in the operation of the items (like pyramids click here for help with pyramids).

There is a $2 RESTOCKING FEE per box for RETURNED CANDLES.

There is a $2 RESTOCKING FEE per UNOPENED package for RETURNED LIGHT BULBS (opened pkgs are not returnable).

There is a $2 RESTOCKING FEE per item for RETURNED REPLACEMENT PARTS (All Parts Dept Items) For parts returned we will refund only the purchase price of the replacement part, less the restocking fee, not the shipping and handling charges.

We may decide to charge less for multiple items returned, for example if you return 12 paddles, we may charge $1 each or a total of $12 to update the invoice, restock the items, process the credit to your card. If you have any questions, please email us.

ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED AND WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING: We can not accept USED PRODUCTS - for example if you burn candles in your pyramid, then it is used or if you burn incense in your smoker then it is used. We can only accept Returned Products in their original packaging. INSURE FOR LOSS:Returned Products must be insured for loss or breakage, we will not be responsible for returned items that are damaged in shipping.

Cuckoo Clock Returns: We may at our discretion charge a 5% restocking fee for any cuckoo clock returned. If you have any questions, just email us.

IMPORTANT: For returns use the address found on the packing slip or the return address on the shipping box or our address below (at the bottom of this page). Please return all items in their original packing and box.

1.) To request a return of one or more items in an order, login to your account and navigate to My Account.

2.) Navigate to the Completed Orders section and click on the Return Item(s) button

3.) In the next screen select the products you want to return using the Qty. to Return  drop down boxes, choose the Return Reason. The Return Action  and Comments  are optional fields. Click on Submit Return Request.

For all customers without an account:

RULES ABOUT RETURNS:
Please note ALL RETURNS need a Return Authorization Number (RAN). So please email or call us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). All packages sent to us without a RAN written on the outside of the shipping box will be REFUSED.

 

Wholesale Purchases Return Policy:

We allow only 3 business days for you to notify of us of damaged goods, so inspect your items ASAP. There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns, so order carefully. All returns must have a RAN on the outside of shipping box, must be unused, in their original packing, insured and be received by us in no more than 30 days from the date you received the order.
