Here is our Returns Policy: We have a 30 day return
policy. We want our customers to be happy. So if you are not satisfied with your
purchase for any reason, let us know ASAP. If we can make it right, we will - or
we will refund the purchase price (less shipping and handling) once we receive
the item back in re-saleable condition within 30 days of the date you received
the item. See exceptions below.
Note: We cannot process refunds for items not received by us in 30 days.
If the item is defective, we will replace the item, if available. If it is
not available, we will reimburse you for the item as well as the shipping and
handling charges, and reimburse you for sending the item back. Please email or
call us before sending anything back! Also, if you have any problems using
items you buy from ChristKindl-Markt, let us know, and we will do our best to
help you in the operation of the items (like pyramids).
There is a $2 RESTOCKING FEE per box for RETURNED CANDLES.
There is a $2 RESTOCKING FEE per unopened package for RETURNED LIGHT BULBS.
There is a $2 RESTOCKING FEE per item for RETURNED REPLACEMENT PARTS (All Parts Dept Items) For parts returned we will refund only the purchase price of the
replacement part, less the restocking fee, not the shipping and handling charges. If you have any questions, please email us.
Cuckoo Clock Returns: We may at our discretion charge a
5% restocking fee for any cuckoo clock returned. If you have any questions, just
email us.
IMPORTANT:
For returns use the address found on the packing slip or the return address on the shipping box or our address below (at the bottom of this page). Please return all items in their original packing and box.
