This natural pyramid with two rotating tiers, is finely made - the detail and finish is execelent. Beautiful wood tones, with a darker brown stain/paint surrounding the edges. Notice the decorative balls all around. On the lower level of this 2 Level Natural Nativity Christmas Pyramid we find Mary, Baby Jesus, and Joseph carrying his lantern, a symbol of hope and truth for the miners of the Erzgebirge Mountains. On the second rotating tier we have the Shepard with his sheep along with the Angel on their way to see the Baby Jesus. The top stationary level has the infinity sphere. Only 13 1/2 inches tall, this German Christmas Pyramid was made by one of the cottage industries in Seiffen, Germany. It requires 3 medium candles to run.
