This petite pyramid with two rotating tiers, is painstakingly made for detail and finish. Everything is in wood tones, with a darker brown stain/paint surrounding the edges. Note the decorative bells all around. On the lower level of this 3 Level Angel and Shepherd Nativity Pyramid there is Mary, Baby Jesus, and Joseph carrying the lantern, a symbol of hope and truth for the miners of the Erzgebirge Mountains. On the second rotating tier there is a shepherd and his flock of sheep, being woken by an angel telling them to go to Bethlehem. The top stationary level has the infinity sphere. Only 13 3/4 inches tall, this wonderful Christmas Pyramid was made by one of the cottage industries in Seiffen, Germany, and it requires 3 medium candles to run.
