The beauty of the forest that surrounds the Erzgebirge Mountains is depicted in this unusual chipped tree that the deer are taking refuge under, and feeding near.  Different varieties of wood and stains are used in this Chip Tree with Deer Pyramid, which stands almost 11 inches tall, and requires 4 medium candles to turn.  Made in the Ore Mountain region of Germany, in the village of Seiffen.  Handmade by the Mueller Woodcarvers.
