Common Wholesale Customer Questions


We do not currently offer credit terms. In other words, all orders must be prepaid. Why might we do this? We are a small company; we do not have an accounts receivable department or, for that matter, an accounts payable department.

 

What do we offer? We offer one of the highest discounts in the German Christmas Decor industry! We also offer flexible payment methods! We accept any of the following:

For large orders, we may require a bank wire.

We regularly provide quotations for special events, corporate gifts, as well as fundraisers! If you would like to contact us about a particular item or group of items, feel free to email or call us. We have a very helpful staff who really want to make sure you have what you need!


Currently, our website is not set up to process the shipping charges for wholesale orders.

What does this mean? It means that we charge you the actual shipping cost. For example, if FedEx charges us $30 to ship your order, we will charge you that amount.

We do not keep your credit card in our system; we will have to call you to process the shipping charges.

We can special order items from Germany for you! But, keep in mind, your purchase will be delayed our biannual Germany import.

We do have a few guidelines for special orders:

  1. Special Orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. Even the shipping charges are non-refundable.
  2. Special Orders have a minimum of 25 mixed units.
  3. Items are regularly damaged in shipment! So, if you want 10 units, you may only get 8.
  4. You will not be billed for damaged goods!
  5. We perform quality checks on goods as they enter our facility. We try our best to ensure your merchandise is in pristine condition. Some items may still be received [by you] damaged; please contact us and let us know within three business days of receipt.
  6. For special orders, please consider quantities carefully. Although you will not be charged for damaged units, you may be short a few pieces. Due to the expensive shipping costs from Germany to the United States, the damaged items are almost always refunded rather than replaced.
