This Half Timbered Chalet with Leaves Chalet Cuckoo Clock is 13 inches tall, and has handcarved leaves decorating the front of the chalet.  Under the wooden cuckoo are the handpainted wooden dancers, who dance around to the music on the full hour and half hours while the handcarved and handpainted Woodchopper raises his arm and the waterwheel turns.  Note the beautiful handcarved pine trees and stack of wood behind the woodchopper. There is a night shut-off lever, the music is Edelweiss or The Happy Wanderer, and the chains need to be pulled every day to wind the clock.  Made in the heart of Germanys Black Forest by the Schneider Cuckoo Clock company.
