Being a member of the Corps of Gendarmes, this French Policeman German Nutcracker was trained by the French National Police, yet is armed like a soldier of the late 1800s. Stands 12 3/4 inches tall, and was handcrafted in the village Seiffen, Germany where the Wooden Nutcracker originated back in 1872.
