This magnificent Mounted Deer Cuckoo Clock is a stately 30 inches tall, and has a mounted deer head with antlers at the top, and a handcarved rabbit and bird on the side.  Just under the wooden Cuckoo are the handpainted dancing figurines who turn to the music (Edelweiss or Happy Wanderer).  A hunters horn encircles the wooden dial with wooden hands, while crossed rifles are at the top, and hunters bag is at the bottom of the clock.  Oak leaves are scattered around the clock, and are also on the pendulum.  Note the very full set of antlers on this Mounted Deer Cuckoo Clock, which also has an eight day movement, which means the chain needs to be pulled once a week to wind the clock.
