This Hunter Cuckoo Clock is 24 inches tall, and has a mounted deer head with antlers at the top, and a handcarved rabbit and bird on the side.  Just under the wooden Cuckoo are the handpainted dancing figurines who turn to the music (Edelweiss or Happy Wanderer).  A hunters horn encircles the wooden dial with wooden hands, while crossed rifles are at the top, and hunters bag is at the bottom of the clock.  Oak leaves are scattered around the clock, and are also on the pendulum.  This Hunters Cuckoo Clock has an eight day movement, which means the chain needs to be pulled once a week to wind the clock.  Made in the heart of Germanys Black Forest by the Schneider Cuckoo Clock company.
