This Half Timbered Grazing Deer Chalet Cuckoo Clock is 14 inches tall, and shows a scene frequently viewed in the rural forests of the Schwarzwald. Under the roof with its hand laid shingles, are the handpainted wooden figurines who dance to the music (two melodies: Happy Wanderer and Edelweiss) while the waterwheel turns. When the handpainted wooden Cuckoo calls, the two small deer in the front jump up and down. There is a night shut off, and needs to be wound only once each week, which means the chain needs to be pulled once a week to wind the clock. Made in the heart of Germanys Black Forest by the Schneider Cuckoo Clock company.
The movement in your Schneider Cuckoo Clock is warranted for a period of two years from the date of purchase, against defective materials and or workmanship.
