This Eight-day Chalet style Four Friends Cuckoo Clock is 12 inches tall and needs to be wound only once each week.  In the rafters you have the handpainted Black Forest Dancing figurines who dance around to the music on the full hour (Edelweiss or The Happy Wanderer), while two beer drinkers move to the large wooden Cuckoos call, and the other two beer drinkers move to the music, and the waterwheel turns to the music. Note the handcarved pine trees and next to the waterwheel is a drinking trough.  There is an automatic night shut-off for the cuckoo call and music. The chain needs to be pulled once a week to wind the clock.  Made in the heart of Germanys Black Forest by the Schneider Cuckoo Clock company.
