This Forest Wood Sawer Cuckoo Clock is 18 1/2 inches tall, and not only has the handpainted dancing Black Forest couples who dance to Edelweiss or Happy Wanderer, but also has two wood sawers that move with the crosscut saw on the full hour.  Overshadowing the scene is a wonderfully handcarved eagle, just watching for the wooden Cuckoo to appear. There is a night shut-off.  Has beautiful wooden hands and dial, and the chain needs to be pulled once a week to wind the clock.  Made in the heart of Germanys Black Forest by the Schneider Cuckoo Clock company.
